At AURA*, we believe in keeping things simple, comfortable, and transparent. We want you to love what you wear, but we also want to ensure our small business can keep growing and serving you better. Here is everything you need to know about shopping with us.
1. Returns & Refunds
We put a lot of heart into every piece we create. Because we work with limited drops and specific fits, we do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is made, the sale is final. We encourage you to check our size guides carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit!
2. Exchanges (Size Only)
Got your order but the fit isn’t quite right? Don’t worry, we’ve got you.

- Eligibility: We offer exchanges only for size-related issues.

- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

- Timeline: Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate an exchange.

- Process: To start an exchange, please DM us on Instagram @aura.co.in or email us at auraclo.in@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
Please note: Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit.
3. Shipping & COD (Cash on Delivery)
We ship across India! However, to ensure the smoothest delivery process:
Delivery Time: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, it usually takes 5-7 business days to reach you.
Bhubaneswar Orders: We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options for our fam in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Rest of India: For all other cities, we currently only accept Prepaid orders via our secure payment gateway.
4. Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your AURA* pieces. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with an unboxing video so we can resolve it for you right away.
5. Cancellations
Since we try to ship out your orders as fast as possible, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled.
